Ben Nye Banana Luxury Powder + RCMA No-Color Powder = Match Made in Heaven

Hi AMW friends!
Can I share something quick yet sweet?  Sweet because there is a special tip I learned when I had my makeup done by Maybelline's Makeup Artist Jim Ryan Ros!  Since he was sweet enough to share to me his tricks of the trade, I want to share it to you guys just in case you have one hell-of-an-oily skin and makeup always slides off your face! :D

Aye?  It's you?  Well, thank Jim for his wonderful tip and I actually road-tested this tip for the WHOLE day and it definitely worked!

Are you excited to know what it is?  Well..hello..you have to pay me first *winks*  Pay me with  a huge SMILE! :D

AMW Reviews: Benefit Ultra Plush Lip Gloss in Poutrageous

Hi AMW family!  I want to sing the song "We Are Family" at the moment as that's how I feel between me and you!  *naks* *Group Hug*

I don't think there will be a day that I'm going to just sit, relax and do nothing! Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, but seriously, typing this blog post is a breathe of fresh air!  This is my "me" time and I am actually smiling right now!  (Just so you know, baby AMW is sleeping soundly at the moment) :P #KayaPala

Anyways, Benefit's Color Collection was launched mid last year and I actually had the chance to try these products (during Photoshoot) before they were out in stores!  As much as I want to try them on me, I had to stop myself from doing so but use these lovely glosses on models instead   Read: BTS Ladies of Benefit Lane Photoshoot and AMW Makeovers: Benefit's Ladies of Benefit Lane.

I'm not sure how I got the New Ultra Plush Lip Gloss but I finally got my hands on Poutrageous shade after the launch!  Thanks Benefit Philippines for sending me this to try!

Benefit says ---
The plushness is poutrageous! Our soft & silky glosses glide on sooo smooth, drenching lips in luscious color that’s never sticky. From crystal clear to hot pink, the luxurious formulas give your lips a kissable, sexy sheen.

Unboxing: January/February BDJ Box

I got my January/February BDJ box last week and to be honest, I am SO excited to try most of the items included in the box but I have to hold off myself as I've been too busy with a lot of things!  The AMW family moving out is happening this February so can you just imagine how crazy our schedule is?

Aside from the super full box, they also included a box of Garnier Color Naturals Cream Nourishing Permanent Hair Colour in Darkest Brown (Php199.00/approx $4.60) and I will hand this over to my mom as I just had highlights done for my hair (thanks Matrix Philippines!)

Now what's inside the BDJBox?

AMW Reviews: Revlon Nearly Naked Pressed Powder

Hi everyone!  I'm back with another review!  I did a review on the most awaited Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation and the product lives up to its name, the effect is indeed nearly naked.  As stated on my "con", the liquid foundation is low in oil-control, which doesn't bother me much as I have very dry skin but for oily-skinned users out there, you may want to take a look at their Pressed Powder.

Before you ask me about the coverage, you have to be reminded that this is a Pressed Powder, not a Powder foundation so it is expected that there is light or almost no coverage at all!  Pressed powder is a perfect tool to use to prevent your foundation from "caking up" as it doesn't have the extra coverage that may may make you look "too made up".

So, are you ready to read my thoughts on the Revlon Nearly Naked Pressed Powder?

How to Achieve a Brighter Life

The moment I said "YES" to Mr. AMW's marriage proposal, I whipped out my bank book and looked into my small savings.  It hit me, this is it!  I'm not only saying YES to marriage but I'm saying YES to the real world.  My husband and I cannot rush to our parents for financial needs and we are saying YES not only to married life, we are saying YES to responsibilities --- to adulthood!

After 6 years of marriage, I'm proud to say, we did a good job planning our future, we gifted ourselves with places we wished to travel...

with gadgets we longed for...
