Just when you think the brand Victorinox is just for Swiss Army knife...well, you have to rethink again!

Check out a watch store and you'll see Victorinox Swiss Army I.N.O.X. watches.  These Swiss designed watch does not only look tough on the exterior...they are REALLY tough and have stood several tests!  

The name I.N.O.X. for fellow watch lovers like myself who would like to know the history of every single watch he/she owns, well, comes from the French word for stainless steel, the solid, durable, and corrosion-resistant materials that Victorinox adopted more than 50 years before it became the norm in the Swiss watch industry.

Fiber mascaras?
I used to long for them years ago when they weren't available in the local market.  I literally hunt them on Ebay because I think Fiber mascaras are the only solution to my non-existent lashes.

Fast forward to today, I'm glad Fiber mascaras are made readily available without me having to pay for shipping fees and wait for months!  K-palette came up with their Magic Fiber Mascara from the 1Day Magic series.

Weekend Dessert: Pellegrino's Blueberry Cheesecake

Pellegrino's may sound familiar to some of you who works at PhilamLife Tower in Paseo de Roxas Makati.  Well, whatever you're thinking...you are right!

Pellegrino's full name is Pellegrino's Roasted Chicken Station and they have been serving roasted chickens, pork BBQ, Liempo and several side dishes from baked macaroni, coleslow, potato salad, corn to eggplant salad and a lot more!  And they've been around for 4 years so I'm not surprised when the owners decided to expand.  From food station, they also serve packed meals and party platters to companies and individuals.

YES, I know all this because the owner is my friend's sister! 

Over the weekend, they delivered this wonderful Pellegrino's No Bake Blueberry Cheese Cake to our house and boy was I amazed on how different this taste from gazillions of Blueberry Cheese Cakes I've tried!  And I mean it!  (not because she's a sister of a friend)

The Blueberry Cheese Cake from Pellegrino's is not too sour nor too sweet.  I was told they use Pure Cream Cheese and no "extenders" were used so you get 100% pure goodness.  On every bite, you get a hint of "tangy cream cheese flavor" with the fluffiness of a whipped cream.  What sets this apart from other brands?  The Crust!  The crust is not the usual crushed graham crackers, instead, it is made with biscuits, cashew nuts for that unique "nutty" texture and flavor.  

Something New: Elizabeth Arden's Green Tea Yuzu

Ask me my favorite Elizabeth Arden scent, hands down...still the discontinued True Love.  I still have a half empty bottle and I'm saving up scent for very special occasions.

And just when I thought nothing would excite me after True Love.  Well, suddenly, my spirits were uplifted after seeing this. And thank you Elizabeth Arden for including "Sparkling Lemon" into your scent.

When your toddler is on the stage of "loving to walk and almost run", you know diaper-changing will always be a challenge!
