#ASKAMW Damp Sponge or Dry Sponge?

I was asked so many times on #AskAMW DM what's the difference between and damp sponge and dry sponge!

Finally, shared it on video the difference with demo how a foundation would look if you applied it WET or DRY.

Now, tell me, are you Team Damp or Team Dry?

Beauty Blender sponge was used on video, feel free to use any sponge!

When Absolute New York makeup was officially launched  a month ago at SM Manila, I gave a couple of their products a try right away.  With all the lip products available from the brand, I was drawn to test the Liquid Mousse Matte Made in Heaven immediately.

Make Up For Ever's First Masterclass with Leo Posadas

For someone who is already a Professional Make Up Artist and have been doing makeup and skincare trainings in various companies, I believe learnings should NEVER STOP!  There's always room for more tips and tricks and when I got an invite from one of my favorite professional makeup brand Make Up For Ever to attend their first Masterclass with THE LEO POSADAS, I had to do my best to move my schedule around!

Traffic was crazy but it was all worth it!  And because I love my AMW Friends, here I took notes and will share to you the tips I learned from the Master!

Are you excited?

Leo Posadas is a Bridal and Celebrity Make Up Artist, known for his clean and natural-looking makeup, Leo is unsurprisingly booked on most weekends for his lovely brides!  Aside from that, he is also a trusted name TVCs.

Leo is such a charmer, though the media/bloggers were mostly quiet (as we are all into serious learning!)  he was able to inject funny anecdotes making sure the crowd won't get bored!

For the #MakeUpForeverPH #Masterclass , the brand also launched their newest #Reboot Foundation and it was highlighted during the workshop as well!

Clean Face
A clean canvass for flawless makeup is a must!  Make Up For Ever's Mist & Fix was used on top of a cleansed face and blend with a sponge.

Leo preppped the model's skin with Make Up For Ever's Ultra HD Skin Booster.  He applied at the heart shape of the face which I find quite unique.

La Doctress Cloud Blusher Thoughts #AMWIGtv

I was sent 4 shades of La Doctress and I immediately tested them out on my IG TV!

These are manufactured in Thailand and I was reminded immediately by the famous Glossier Cloud Paint.

After first try, I immediately spot the difference!  These are different from Glossier and they have their own character.  They are called Clay Blush for a reason!  Watch my raw thoughts and reactions by clicking link below!

La Doctress Cloud Blusher are priced at Php190.00 each.
Php660.00 for a set (save Php100.00)

Which shade is your favorite?

Mineral Fusion Liquid Mineral Eyeliner in Valley Review

I haven't used liquid eyeliner in gazillion years!
Well, that's how I felt as I have been super comfortable going out without eyeliner lately - start of 2019 to be exact...or shall I say, when I start going to the gym and realized I love going around without makeup?  Or tamad na lang ako? hahaha

But truth be told, the liquid eyeliners I have been using on rotation are --- K-Palette and Kate.

If you checked out both reviews, they are the pen-type liquid liner!  For me, it is the easiest liquid liner packaging and most convenient to use since the brush is flexible and has a sharp tip which are the 2 ingredients to a nice winged liner recipe!

Then I saw Mineral Fusion makeup at Healthy Options and I was intrigued with their Liquid Eyeliner.

But before that, I did a little research about the brand and learned that this cosmetics brand was established in 2006 and prides in creating products that are Leaping Bunny-certified (not tested on animals meaning cruelty-free!).  Eco-friendly and free of gluten, parabens, SLS, phthalates, artificial colors and synthetic fragrances and are 100% vegetarian and most are 100% Vegan.

So if you are the type who have allergic reactions on all sorts of makeup brands you've encountered, you may want to check Mineral Fusion out!
