WaterWipes is now in the Philippines!

 

There are so many baby wipes brand locally and to be honest, I still have a lot of stocks not because my son is still a baby but because I use them more in my swatch videos, in-between makeup removal during video shoots.

Because I have very sensitive skin, I usually buy baby wipes instead of makeup wipes.  And when I heard the Purest Baby Wipes landed in our country, I knew I have to give these a try - for both me and my son.

WaterWipes were created out of founder Edward McCloskey's love and care for his newborn daughter.  Edward couldn' find a baby wipes brand that didn't use chemical and other harsh ingredients and nothing was safe enough for his daugther's sensitive skin.  That's why he decided to create his own brand instead.  After years of scientific research, testing and hard work, Water Wipes came to be.

We all know that a product created out of a parent's love is the ultimate.  If the creator used these products for his own child, you'll know he made sure it is the safest in the market making me feel ore confident to use these for my own son as well!@

WaterWipes are onlyl made up to 99.9% water and a drop of fruit extract.  I personally think people should NEVER think of wipes as a disinfectant but more of a cleansing CLOTH.  I've seen parents wipe their child's bum after doing number 2 without washing which I think is wrong.  These are wipes, these contain water and hydrating ingredients but it DOES NOT kill bacteria and germs. (That's my 2 cents and I feel strongly about this!)

We are done with our first pack and all I have to say is that, these wipes are made very sensitive for our sensitive skin but tough and strong to wipe multiple types without cloth breakage.  I've used these as makeup remover and thankfully, I was able to swatch gazillion of lipsticks without the pain or chemical-taste.  There's no residue behind which I truly appreciate.

That said, I am more confident having my son grab his own WaterWipes as he happily wipes off his books, toys and hands!  At times, he would use this to freshen up (in which I would usually scream out of disapproval) but with WaterWipes, I let him be!

Style Series: Floral Romper

 

Who says Beauty Bloggers can't be Fashion Bloggers?
I made the jump!  It wasn't a big deal though because I was literally sharing my looks whenever I get the chance to dress up!  

As a Beauty Blogger, I appreciate colors, beauty and just everything that makes me happy!  So this floral romper that I wore in my short stint at Avon last year as a judge in a competition puts a happy smile on my face as it brought me down to my first "alone trip" for 6 hours traveling wee hours of the night with a driver hired by the agency - scary, yeah!  My husband wasn't able to sleep as he was tracking my whereabouts!  But that memory made me smile for so many reasons - realizing how my husband could love me MORE than ever and how I was given this once in lifetime opportunity to be a judge in such prestigious competition.

Yes, you won't believe it but my every single OOTD does have a story and memory behind it!  I guess I am really a Piscean - very sensitive!

I paired this romper outfit with a straight hair and simple makeup!

Strokes Beauty Lab: The Brow Artist Collection First Try

You all know I love drawing my brows.  Whenever I have them drawn, I get compliments on the shape and how full it was!  I guess that is my most "flexed" part of my face!  :P

So if you ask me, YES, I still gets excited about new brow products even after more than 10 years of trying various brands!

Recently, Instagram was flooded with a new brow brand called Strokes BeautyLab.  I mean all the girls posing their photos look great!  But what got me interested with the brand is how even non makeup wearers are starting to look like they have professional-looking brows!  

And you all know me, I have to give these products a try as well!  So I unboxed everything and did a quick swatch for you guys just in case you are interested in investing on good brow products.  And to keep everything simplified, I created another video discussing on the usage of each product and you'll know which particular product (or products) you should get!

Facial Massage Techniques (No Tools Needed)

 

Hi everyone, it is Wednesday and I felt drained!

I don't know about you, for someone who was called an energizer bunny all through my entire existence, here's me putting it out there --- I AM TIRED!  

So at the end of the day, there are a lot of nights I would doze off to sleep without applying anything on my face at all!  And because of that, I am a full proof that not applying skincare products would lead to dry, parched and not-so-good looking skin!

And because I've seen my skin at its' worst, I literally take at least 2-3 minutes a night just to quickly apply my moisturizer (yes, you don't need the whole 5 steps or more!)  I just make sure to hydrate my skin for the whole night and wake up with better skin.

And on weekends that I have more time to relax, I treat my skin with a bit of TLC - facial massages!

A quick note, you don't need special tools for this, I have used tools though like UFO by FOREO and BEAR by FOREO.  But there are days I want to immediately sleep ...so no tools are supposed to be used so I don't need to wash them or clean them up!  

SMART and LAZY eh? :P
