I Wonder: "Your Favorite Blush Brush for the Natural Flush?"

Blush brush makes a huge difference in blush application!  Different blush texture needs different types of blush brush!  For work, I've always been a fan of a "naturally flush" look, a look that screams "In Love" kind of blushing!  There's one brush that I've been reaching out for the "romantic cheeks" look.  I've had this brush for more than a year!  Check out my review by smiling and clicking here!

My favorite Natural Blush Brush is Thevi Dome Blush Brush. It works because the brush hairs are firm yet not too stiff nor scratchy!  It picks up the right amount of pigment for the apples of my cheeks!  I've been religiously spritzing this with Brush Cleanser and deep cleanse this over weekend, it stays like the first time I had it!  No falling hairs, none scratchy and the fluff is still there!

Now, you tell me!
"What's your favorite blush brush

that gives out a natural blush look?"

Keep smilin'
Stay happy!

  1. Ooh wonder where you got your Thevi brush! Is it available in Philippines? Do they have a store over there?

I always use MAC 187 stippling brush for applying blushes. I got the small hello kitty one, so it's the perfect size for applying blushes on the apples of my cheeks! :D

  3. I use the MAC 187SE. It gives such a beautifully airbrushed finish that i can't live without it. Thinking of getting a full sized one soon... :D

  4. I like my MAC138 for mineral blushes, since the pointed tip is able to pick up just a bit of loose powder at a time. For regular pressed blushes, probably the 187SE (for some reason my SE version is softer than the full size...)

  5. I like my Stila #21...but then again I never do dramatic cheeks anyway.

  11. I actually use a small kabuki brush it covers the whole area and blends really well too. I only started to use it because one day my other brushes were dirty and thought why not? Ever since it's been love.

  12. i used to love the Ecotools blush brush, but since it's on my cosmetic kit so i don't get to use it that often. I used a flat top brush or a stippling brush when applying blush.

Anyway, im not much into full made-up cheeks, so any brush would do
    lol!

  13. My fav for an easy natural flush is the EcoTools mini blush brush in the mineral kit. Unfortunately it only works very well with my softer or loose brushes. I do love the full-size one but it's a little dense for super-easy blush application. I have actually been thinking about finding a slightly fluffier bigger one haha. Wish Thevi were available here!

  14. My fave was the blush brush from the costco set (2007) which I lost booo! I now use a fan brush or this not so dense stippling brush that I have

  16. No Fifi there's no Thevi store down here, but they have an online store http://www.thevicosmetics.com/ :), the smaller MAC187 would work really great as the full size stippling brush, I don't like it much for powder brush as it doesn't pick enough pigments :)

    Bubbles, thanks for sharing!

Acutelife, I have the ecotools one and I use it to retouch my powder! :) I do use different types of brush, the angled one that has natural bristles works well for the more contoured look :)

  19. @DdY, really! I never really gave ELF brushes a chance as I thought they are scratchy, thanks for telling me I'm wrong :)

Khymm, naku the Thevi brush costs almost the same as MAC brushes, they are quite pricey but seriously worth it!

Neeyuh, small kabuki brush will work too! Thanks for sharing

  22. your blush brush looks so fluffy! How long have you been using it? I use my Suesh blush brush everyday since August 2009 and it became scratchy and the shape was 'distorted' but I'm still using it...

  23. I use either the MAC 187, 188, the Etude House stippling brush, and the Ecotools blush brush. Out of these 4, the EcoTools blush brush is my fave! :P

  24. At the moment I'm loving ELF Studio complexion brush. The bristles are so soft they feel like silk on my skin. And because they are also fluffy they don't pick up too much color and apply it sheer, giving a very natural flush to my pale skin.
