Last year was my mom and dad's 50th Wedding Anniversary and we celebrated it with a "bang". Story HERE. And this year, we decided to make it simple yet memorable! It was perfect timing that my brother is back for a short vacation so we've decided to book a hotel stay for the family for more bonding moments.
Since I had a great staycation last year at Discovery Suites Ortigas, I went ahead and suggested to my brothers and sister on booking a "3-Bedroom Suite". They said YES.
And the day happened! Upon entering the 3-BR suite, a photo of my mom and dad were displayed on the table which shocked them: "How in the world did they get that photo?"

We were also welcomed with a platter of fruits and nuts.
Sweets like cakes and cupcakes!
And of course, our favorite welcome drink from the hotel! All ready with glasses!
It was an immediate feast as we sat down the dining area and just chat away! Oh did I mention if you have toddler, you can always request for high chair for your kid? Thankfully, this hotel has high chair so I can comfortably feed Kyle and myself!
Just a bit of tour around the 3 BR Suite, they have a spacious Kitchen with complete amenities from oven toaster, oven, pots and pans.
Microwave oven , water heater and a lot more!
The welcome area / living room is also spacious my son can't help but run around!
This is our favorite area just to chill, chat and watch tv.
A 3 BR Suite from Discovery Suite has 1 Master Bedroom and 2 smaller rooms. 1 room has 2 single beds.
Another room has 1 double bed.
Both room share the same bathroom.
As for the Master Bedroom, it has it's own bath (with bathtub and shower), a Queen Size Bed. Can you spot that bouquet of flowers? All thanks to our dear friends from Discovery Suites, they knew it was my mom and dad's Wedding Anniversary celebration so they gave her a nice bouquet of flowers with note.
And they didn't forget us! My sister and I got a nice bouquet of flowers too! And look at that adorable elephant-folded towel!
Around 8:00pm, the doorbell rang and we were surprised again with DVDs, a gift for my mom and dad and a tub of popcorn! That definitely screams movie-night and I also whipped out my face masks from Leaders Insolution and the girls had a mini spa-session inside the hotel.
As soon as we checked out, we were handed some bread as a complimentary gift! Such a nice way to end the staycation! The staffs are super helpful and friendly and the hotel is extremely generous to returning customers!
It was such a relaxing weekend for us and we can't wait to go back!
