AMW Bulletin: ZA Cosmetics, welcome back!

Back when I was teaching in Shenzhen, China.  I enjoyed taking a short ferry ride for 30 minutes and crossover to a happy, shopping heaven --- Hong Kong!  Yes, I do that for half a day and return back to China with loads of makeup goodies!  

Ahhh, that's when my love for hauling cosmetics started!  Who to blame?  Boredom!  Ahem..and of course, my true love for beauty products has always been with me, it just needed to be unleashed like Pandora's box!  

One of the many brands that I've hoarded is from ZA Cosmetics, I got attracted to the brand because of the commercial and let me tell you, their powder foundation is worth checking out and I felt bad I didn't try much of their products when I got back!  

Thankfully, after 5+ years of blogging, I am glad to announce that a promising brand is back and is readily available in the Philippines!  YAY!

Something New: Nippon Makeup Remover Lotion

Hi everyone!  Today is a very special day for both Mr. AMW and I as its Baby AMW's first month!  I can't believe how fast he grew and I can't help but look at ultrasound photos and reminisce on the exact moment I gave birth!  

Pregnancy "dramatic" hormones aside, I want to share something new that I got before I gave birth by a dear friend Sydney of Studio SnR!  I have always been a liquid makeup remover user and one cream/lotion based makeup remover that I used and love is from Kiehl's called Kiehl's Supremely Gentle Eye Makeup Remover (review HERE) which lives up to its name, it is indeed very gentle even on the eye area and it works on removing even the hardest to remove waterproof makeup! 

Nippon Esthetic Solutions created a makeup remover lotion which I find quite similar to the Kiehl's one and I actually used it not a lot of times and since I haven't been using makeup since I gave birth for a month, I put this review on hold and will continue to use before I give my full feedback on this!  But so far, I'm quite excited as the product is indeed promising!

Moms Know Best

Hi! Do you still remember my post on AskMeMom: Mom-To-Be Knows Best?  Time flew by so quickly I'm finally a mom and I had my first Mother's Day Celebration last weekend!

AMW Reviews: Moringa-O2 Malunggay Herbal Soap

Happy Wednesday everyone!  How's mid-week treating you?  I'm doing quite well and I'm getting the hang of being a full-time mom (for now as I'm enjoying my maternity leave).  

Now that I can finally take a shower, I'm glad to get back to my Moringa-O2 Malunggay Olive Oil Omega Herbal Soap in which I started using weeks before I gave birth!  So far, the Moringa-O2 Herbal Moisturizing Lotion was a hit (review here) so I happily gave the herbal soap version a try!  Since I'm breastfeeding, it doesn't hurt that I'm drinking loads of malunggay soup, taking my malunggay supplements and why not continue using malunggay related products for hygiene?  That's what we call....complementing!  *laughs*
