I Wonder: What's Your Current Hobby?

Happy Wednesday!  Aren't you glad you can literally sniff weekend?  I can't wait for this weekend as it is my mom and dad's wedding anniversary plus we're probably off to Divisoria again to shop for Baby Kyle's First Birthday Party contest prizes!  Last weekend, we bought A LOT of cool prizes for kids (even I wanted them all) and after doing a bit of inventory, we realized we needed more!  So there's more reason for us to go back to crazy-shopping-land! :D

Since I've seen a lot of cute and really nice stuff at Divisoria, I realized I want to know more about my readers!  I mean, it's always about me and my day and my beauty products!  For now, let me sit back, relax and read about YOU!  I want to know what is your current hobby aside from makeup collecting of course! :)

As for me, I'll share a quick one!  I recently got Washi Tapes from Washi Works and to be honest, I thought it was not something I would be interested in as I am seriously a boring girl with not much creative juice!  But as soon as I got these 4 tapes, I immediately got a "light bulb" *TING* moment and played with them right away!

So you're right, I "washi-fied" so many of my random stuff and my next target?  Makeup Palettes!  Even before Washi Tapes, I have this liking to "personalize" my palettes just like the one I did with my Elianto Palette (Post HERE

AMW Reviews: Wet N' Wild ColorIcon Blusher in Mellow Wine

Hi everyone!
Let's talk about blush!  When I started my love for makeup, I actually started on blushes!  I purchased random drugstore brands both local and international ones!  One of my favorite local brand is the Aido blush and it's actually housed in a simple round packaging and I could never ever finish them up!  I tend to lose them and purchase a new one!

Now that there are so many international makeup brands coming in, we tend to look into expensive blush brands and forget about the inexpensive ones and mind you, some works just as good as the expensive ones!  Today, I will be sharing another good find girls who are on a budget may want to try!

(not the original packaging on sale)

Just by looking at the packaging, it spells boring and blah.... but this is the perfect time for me to say: "Please don't judge the book by it's cover" or in this case, please don't judge the blush by it's cover!

AMW Reviews: Benefit Creaseless Cream in Holy Smokes!

Happy Monday dear friends!  I had a lovely, and very busy weekend but my internet connection went wonky that's why I wasn't able to share my usual Weekend Food Trip post!  Bear with me and I'll post about my yummy food experience this coming Sunday! :)

The weather is cool so I guess it is the perfect time to be adventurous with our eye makeup!  I mean, less oiliness and greasiness on the lid area right?

Still, I'm sure some of you (like me) aren't comfortable wearing eye makeup without an eye primer underneath, I mean, even on a cool weather, I'm used to having an "insurance" making sure I won't suffer any makeup booboos!

One of my favorite insurance (for the eye) is Benefit's Creaseless Cream Shadow!  The added bonus of using this?  Well, I can definitely wear them alone!

On Spotlight:
Shade: Holy Smokes!

Benefit says ---
Our award-winning cream shadows are as crease-proof & budge-proof as ever! The 10 incredibly wearable shades (including original favorites r.s.v.p., birthday suit and skinny jeans) glide on easily and last all day long. It’s fresh & fabulous color for all.

You can use our cream shadow as an eyeliner using the hard angle definer brush. It glides on smooth for smudge-proof drama & definition.

Thank You Nivea for the Eco-Friendly Packaging

Hands down, anyone who uses Nivea body lotions from their Intensive Moisture range to body firming and extra whitening would know how the brand delivers.  During my pregnancy days, I used the Intensive Moisture body milk and it helps that the lotion has a mild, relaxing scent!  It was okay-ed by my doctor by the way when I showed her the ingredients!

Recently, I received another set of Nivea but this time, I had a quizzical look as it looks a bit different!  And true enough, Beiersdorf (the maker of Nivea) tied up with industrial designer, Yves Behar, to create a new packaging design for the well-loved Nivea Body Lotion and Body Milk!

This is How I Do It: My Inglot Freedom Palette Look

Happy Friday!!!
I am looking forward for this weekend but I am definitely NOT resting at all!  There's just so many things to do and there are times I pray I have 2 bodies!  *lol*  Do you feel the same?

Well, I'm busy preparing for a "trip" (will talk more about it when it's finalized) plus...moving out...and Baby Kyle's First Birthday Party!  Wish me luck!  I hope I can manage this!

I recently blogged about my new Inglot Freedom Palette and I created a simple look using all the products included in my Freedom Palette.  Thanks to my dear reader Theresa for requesting a tutorial on this!  I hope this simple tutorial helps newbies out there! :D
