Mommy and Son Bonding

Whenever we visit the mall, my son is on the stage where he doesn't want me to let go of him!  He's scared of shiny floors!  (any moms who can relate to this?)

So to solve this issue, we take him out for a walk, he prefers granite floors #lol!  Or any non-shiny, non-slippery-looking floors!  And here he was super happy with his "I'm finally free!" walk with momma!

If there's one particular place that makes him the happiest boy alive, it is NOT the toy store but a bookstore!  Our favorite hang out place?  National Book Store or BookSale!  He got my genes!  (Ahem, sorry hubby!)

AMW Reviews: Happy Skin Eye Am The One Holy Grail Mascara

For someone with lashes that are almost "never there", and having fellow make up artists tell you: "Mars, yung lashes mo! Nasaan?"  (Where are your lashes?)  Once you see a mascara that says: "Eye Am The One" with Holy Grail Mascara printed all over the tube, who can say no to that? 

So with a fluttering heart, I curled my lashes and applied my first 2 coats....and ..... you think I'm telling you everything here?  Of course not!  hahaha Read further down for my in-depth review.

#StartBetter with Clinique

If there's only ONE skincare brand that I should mention and be thankful for, it is CLINIQUE!

I started my love affair for skincare when I first tried Clinique 3-Step System.  Before that, it was just facial wash and sometimes moisturizer!  That's it!  Who would've thought these 3 star products healed my dry, flaky, itchy skin back in those days I was still..ahem...young?  

So truth be told, I may have tried nth number of skin care brands and products nowadays but I will always have these 3 products to be thankful for!  I have finished 4-5 sets (full sized) and will probably go back to these anytime my skin needed them!  I call them my, forever besties!

But wait!  There seems ONE product doing a "photo-bomb"!  What is it?

Well, I got to know Clinique's newest innovation when I visited their pop-up booth at SM Makati during their #StartBetter campaign.

Before I tell you about the newest Clinique product, I was actually asked if I wanted to do the test and though I memorize the steps and I knew my Clinique products by heart, I still gave it a go because I like how Clinique is consistent with the way they test on each customer's skin type!

Even if I've done a couple of workshops with the brand, they were quite "mum" about what was in store for us during the intimate gathering.  So I am as surprised as the rest of the bloggers were when I saw THIS!

Eye Make Up Tutorial for Droopy Eyes

I am finally here to share to you my next Photo-torial look!  An eye makeup look that would work really well if you have droopy eyes!  Of course, even if you don't, you can still rock this look! 

Thankfully, I can really relate on this because I do have "slight" droopy eyes!  So on days I want to create some "lift", I do this trick!  Of course, feel free to use different eyeshadow shades depending on your mood!  Well, my mood is on the Romantic side so I whipped out my Sleek Make up I-Divine Vintage Romance Palette. 

And here's the look I created just for YOU :D

 As much as you and I are both tempted to do our foundation routine, skip this step as the eye make up application could be a bit messy!  So let's jump on using a cream shadow to make the eyeshadow shades appear more vibrant and long lasting.

For this tutorial, I used Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 in shade 55 Inked in Pink.
