AMW Reviews: Max FactorX Excess Volume Extreme Impact Mascara

One of the biggest mascara tube I've held in my life! 

That came from Max FactorX Excess Volume Extreme Impact Mascara.  The company probably wanted to convey a message to us consumers that you get EXTREME BULK and VOLUME on your lashes (same as packaging) when you use it.

This mascara comes with 2 steps.  And for the first time, they are both "working mascaras", not one end as a mascara base (usually white in color) like what we're used to.

Happy Tuesday everyone!  I am off to a meeting for a fun collaboration with brands I trust and Love so I'm quite excited!  I will probably be wearing THIS blush again because I feel so (keyword) YOUNG, romantic and in-love whenever I have this on!  

And please, tell me the look doesn't give you that instant mood lift!  Come on, you do have a soft-spot for gorgeous looking blush right?

Eureka Moment: Nippon Esthetic Eyelash Applicator

Hi AMW Friends!  Happy Monday!
Remember my previous tutorial on Special Events Make Up?  Well, if you did, you probably saw the nifty "gadget" I used to apply my false lashes!  For years, I've been very dependent with my Tweezers when it comes to application on both myself and clients!  

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind using Tweezers, they do the job, I'm comfortable with it but I'm sure a lot of you aren't!  So this nifty "Tool" definitely deserves a spot in my Eureka Moment Post!

Back to Childhood.. with Minions!

At 36 years old, I am definitely still a child-at-heart!

Upon receiving this box of "happiness", I literally shrieked and surprised both my Husband and Son!  Well, my husband was going-back to his second childhood too upon seeing this box of surprise.

Well you see, he likes to collect Kiddie Meal toys!  He and his sister collected McDonald's Kiddie Meal toys through the years and only when we had Kyle Nash did he actually removed those from display and let his son play with it!  Grimace, Ronald McDonald, Hamburglar, you name it, we got them!  

Obviously, the Minions aren't an exception!  The first time McDonald's offer them for Kiddie Meals, we got a couple (but they aren't complete).  So now that we know they're officially back, the hubby and I were actually discussing on how to collect them one by one --- we actually don't mind ordering Kiddie Meal for the rest of the month!  *laughs*

But God Is good!  A full MINIONS Experience arrived at our doorstep all thanks to McDonald's Philippines for sending all 10 Minions to the AMW household.

Along with Bob, Kevin and Stuart, collecting will always be fun!  Whether you have kids or you call yourself a kid!

Weekend Food Trip at: Tokyo Bubble Tea

Yes, you read that right!  Tokyo Bubble Tea again after so many years!  The last time I blogged about this restaurant was during my surprise Baby Shower organized by my bestie!

2 years after, I'm finally back!  But actually the Baby Shower was at their Wilson, San Juan branch, this time, I'm back at their Timog branch after a busy day of gigs!  With my family of course!

This isn't my first time in the branch but this is a first to have lunch there!  The ambiance is different, well, because for the fact that their air conditioner was not working properly so it wasn't that much of a fun experience that time.  (I hope they are fixed by now).

So it was my decision to go back to this restaurant because I was craving for their Bibimbop!  Yup, the restaurant serves Korean dishes too!  They actually serve quite a huge selection of Asian dishes so there is definitely something for different palettes.

First order of business...soup!

True enough, I tasted strong flavor of mushroom!  NOT Truffled Mushroom but just regular mushroom!  This isn't TDF (to-die-for) but on days you are craving for creamy soup and you're a fan of Chinese mushrooms?  You can go for this!
