SNOE Rouge Deluxe Exotique's Newer and Bolder Shades

Happy Monday!

It took me a while, to finally swatch all 7 new shades of the Snoe Rouge Deluxe Exotique Ultra Intense Color.  Remember the first batch I posted and you think the names were cute and crazy?

Well batch 2 is even crazier!  I even don't know why I'm smiling in these photos, I tried my best to think about the Adjectives but hey, Ms. Sunshine ain't doing EVIL or BITTER or even ANGER look --- mahirap ha!

I separated them into 2 categories, the first category which is perfect for anytime of the day, these can even be transitioned to night lip color if you want --- just apply more layers!

Weekend Food Trip at: Modern Shanghai, SM MOA

The first I dined at Modern Shanghai Restaurant, I was still pregnant with Kyle!  Imagine that!  That's 5 full years ago!  Then with several Family Occasion, we've visited there around once or twice after.

It has been more than a year since our last return since we seldom have dinner at SM Mall of Asia due to "people traffic".  But thankfully, because of our Staycation at Sofitel Philippine Plaza, we've decided to dine again and see if we missed out anything.

We were so hungry when we arrived and the place wasn't as packed as before.  We immediately ordered the usuals --- Yang Chow Fried Rice, Xiao Long Bao, Garlic Kang Kong, Sweet and Sour Pork and Salt and Pepper Squid.

Everything was great!  They actually maintain the good quality for the past years and I actually liked the dishes more today then ever! 

Staycation Buddies

If you follow me on Social Media, you probably saw that I spent last weekend staying at Sofitel Philippine Plaza as to prepare for my sis-in-law's Engagement Party.

Engagement parties in Chinese culture is somewhat a big deal, it is similar to "Pamamanhikan" (Read about it HERE).

I don't have to stress enough how my 24 hours a day will never be enough for all the tasks I need to finish!  I just visited my parents the day before and arrived late at night so packing is really not my thing!  Thankfully, I was armed with these stuff to keep me sane!  

My Marie France FMS Elite and Physique Experience

More than 15 years ago, when I came back from my 3.5 years stint working in China, I was this 145 pounder girl looking for a job and was teased by friends and relatives on how "chunky" I look.  

"Did you eat a lot of HotPot in China?"

"Was it because of the cold weather in China?  You got bloated?"

I just shrugged all the comments off and smiled and gave them my funny replies!  But in my heart, I was sad, I've done my part going to the gym 5 times a week and doing at-home Tae Bo and Zumba videos.  I've even done crazy diets from juicing to 6 o'clock diets.  

I even went to Marie France and had myself assessed.  I was THISCLOSE to giving out my credit card enrolling myself for personalized treatments but everything was put on HOLD when my mom got sick and my focus was to take care of her.

Then LIFE happens, after my mom got well, I got pregnant and the rest was history!  Fellow working moms would totally understand how taking care of oneself is the least priority when you turn into a mom!  

Not until this year, when I tried to fit into my favorite dress seeing my bulging tummy on the reflection, I knew I have to do something. With a little push from Mr. AMW too, I finally went back to Marie France this time with conviction.

I have shared this on #AMWIgstories so many times, I don't eat a lot!  I go to a lot of restaurants with the family but I can actually control the food I eat.  My only problem is that, I drink a lot of coffee and although I recently shifted to black coffee with skimmed milk minus the sugar, the extra weight has already been "settled".

I know guys may find it hard to believe but a good hair day really can bring out an unbelievable confidence in a girl!  I know there are days I wake up with a bad hair day and I can't help but feel conscious about it, trying to tie it up or hide it under a bun.

There are days naman I feel like a QUEEN!  I did nothing on my hair but it flows with the wind.  Just like this photo taken during the #SampleRoomEndlessSummer Party!

One thing I realized is that, a great hair day needs a little bit of work.  I have gone to good salons and good hairstylist to have my hair cut and colored.  I am quite bold and experimental with my cut and hair color as you can see on my hair journey!
