All Around Concealer Palette for Daily Use

Is there a possibility to find a concealer/corrector palette that is apt for daily use?
A palette even a newbie can work around with?

YES, very much possible when I tried Catrice Cosmetics' All Around Concealer Palette (Php379.00).

Okay, the second question was just there to catch your attention but my answer is YES!  Thankfully, I am at this stage of extreme comfort in applying liquid liners (all types and kinds) because I do so on a daily basis!

AMW Workshop Series VI: Bridal Makeup

Dear AMW Friends,
Life has been a roller coaster for me (in a good way) because I was extremely crazy juggling so many tasks I almost was shocked it was only 2 weeks left when I posted the registration for this particular workshop!  I was nervous, worried and.... SUPER NERVOUS!

But God is good, and I am very thankful for all the AMW Workshoppers who trusted me and went ahead and joined my 6th workshop called Saying I Do: Bridal Makeup.

Bridal Makeup is my most favorite "type" of makeup because that's were I concentrated my makeup artistry and actually did a lot of Bridal Makeup looks in the past before I concentrated on being a Mom and a makeup instructor.

A Very Subtle Highlighting Powder

Strobing is super "in" since last year!  But as much as we love the "strobing effect" on photos, it looks really unnatural (and to some...oily) in person!  So the Queen of Natural-looking makeup (Yes, I hailed myself that! #walangkokontra) is on the lookout for the most natural highlighting product.  And I may have found one!

Does Catrice Mattifying Powder Give Me The Healthy Look?

I use face powder more than any other "base makeup" on a daily basis.  Well, adding a concealer to that, I am drawn to purchasing more face powders and even more drawn to face powders that does not only mattify but gives a nice healthy glow.

Yes, I have dry skin, so that's the reason why I make sure to look for powders that does not enhance dry patches and this powder went through an AMW test!

Catrice Eye Brow Stylist Review

So you all know by know how much of a brow product addict I am!  I may have a couple of my favorites but that doesn't stop me from trying out brow products whether drugstore or pricier ones!  You know girls..your resident AMW doesn't discriminate when it comes to makeup!  Everything has to go through my "eagle eyes".

One of the brand that caught my attention was called Catrice!  I got a sample of this Eye Brow Stylist during the SM Eyes on Fleek Event held at SM Makati.

I was actually ecstatic that I got the shade that I want!  It's called 030 Brow-n-Eyed Peas... I guess the name was inspired by the group Black Eyed Peas!

So that's me wearing Catrice Eye Brow stylist only on ONE brow.

My Kanebo Selection Colors Eyeshadow + Moisture Rouge Look

I know when it comes to makeup, there's no rules!  But at times, I actually like to use just ONE brand on major areas on my face --- like for Kanebo's case, I went for eyeshadows and lipstick from the same brand because, why not?

I recently got the Kanebo Selection Colors Eyeshadow Palette in 01 Cool Monotone and Kanebo Moisture Rouge in shade 05 Core Red.  These 2 are perfect to create a simple daytime look and can even work for night time!  

I can create so many looks in just one palette but this is the easiest and simplest way using most of the shadows in the palette too!

There are a total of 3 palettes in the newly launched collection (01 Cool Monotone, 02 Stylish Brown and 03 Gently Pink).  I got the perfect palette because this shade gives me the "oomph" without looking too made up.
