Creer 4 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Water Review (NEW!)

Ever since the birth of Micellar Water, I never looked back on makeup removers that would blur out my vision and sting my eyes!

But how effective our Micellar water in terms of makeup removal especially if we are perfecting our "waterproof, smudge-proof and smear-proof" makeup?

I personally find it difficult to remove makeup wholly with micellar waters!  A lot of brands are coming up with their own version but most of them can remove basic makeup - powders, lipsticks and certain brow products and eyeshadow.  I'm always left with a huge chunk of mascara, waterproof liner and long-wearing lip products!

So recently, I tried Kracie's Creer Micellar Cleansing Water.  I find their previous versions to be quite nice!  So I'm unsure why there's a new one?

I'm sure there's something unique and better with newer versions!  Let me share to you after this!

Aviance Aqua Micellar Water Review

I usually get offers to review products and I don't mind how big or small a brand is as long as their product offering interests me!  When Aviance Shop reached out to me to try out their Aqua Micellar water without any expectations, I said yes because I've always been a fan of micellar water and my face is always ready to try new products that could be worth my time and effort.

So, I told you they do not expect any blog post or review from me, for the fact that I'm creating one made specially for them means one thing --- I LOVE this product and it deserves a space on my blog!

Cathy Doll Oh! So Clean 2 in 1 Makeup Cleansing Micellar Essence Review

Having good skin starts with cleansing, no matter how expensive your skincare products are, if you don't remove your  makeup thoroughly at night before going to sleep, you will definitely wake up with zits here and there.

I've tried almost all makeup cleansing products, from Cleansing Oils to Cleansing Foams and now Micellar Water --- the latter is my favorite by far because it does not leave greasy feel yet it removes makeup like a tough dishwashing liquid *laughs* (Don't use dishwashing liquid on the face okay?)

Micellar Water used to be very expensive, thankfully, more and more drugstore brands are coming out with their own Micellar water and one of my favorite brand Cathy Doll came out with one and yours truly have to test them out of course!

Biore Micellar Cleansing Water Moist Up Review

I love makeup removal, I immediately remove my makeup whenever I get home and since I came from a Chinese family who are mostly serious about not washing your face when you're tired, Micellar Waters are heaven-sent because I can immediately remove my makeup without water!  (Note: I still wash my face after because I love double cleansing!)

Because of that, Micellar waters are a staple on makeup removal routine.  I have finished up various brands and tried both inexpensive and expensive brands!

Today, I will be sharing a review on one of the most positively-reviewed brand called Biore!  It comes with 2 variants --- Oil Control and Moist Up.  I obviously chose the latter because I have dry skin!

If I may have to add, thank you to BRANDS who make skincare products meant for different skin types!  We LOVE you for that!

Simple is Kind To Your Skin

The reason why I started this Blog is quite blurry, yes, it has been almost a decade ago.  Long time AMW readers would probably know that I started this blog because I wanted to share my skincare journey!  As much as I'm a make-up fanatic, I actually started with the love of "taking care of one's skin" that's when I started to hunt for good, quality products that would work for my sensitive skin.

Yes, I used to have extremely sensitive skin, I said "used to" because skin condition does change, and mine changed from Sensitive to Combination (Normal/Dry) because I may be doing something right with my skincare regimen.

Recently, UK's well-loved skincare brand called Simple Skincare arrived our shores!  I was ecstatic because I have read so many positive reviews from my fellow International Beauty Bloggers.  Though these products came in a bit late, for me, it's better Late than Never when it comes to products meant for sensitive skin.

What sets Simple Skincare apart from other skincare brands?  Their products are free of color, harsh chemicals added with skin-loving ingredients that is specifically designed for users with sensitive skin.

Lucky enough, I got 3 of their top cleansing products to test --- the Micellar Cleansing Wipes, Micellar Cleansing Water and Dual Effect Eye Make-Up Remover.

Let's start with the easiest, travel-friendly cleanser, the Micellar Cleansing Wipes.

Nuxe Micellar Cleansing Water with Rose Petals Review

Cleansing is as important as applying skincare, that is one rule I live by for the past years!  And recently, I'm super dependent on Micellar Water because they are perfect for our weather, non-greasy yet non-drying, and most of the time, THEY WORK!

Recently, I've discovered a Micellar Water made for sensitive skin, because if you have sensitive skin, you know you only have a few choices to go for!

The NUXE Micellar Cleansing Water with Rose Petals makes me feel like I'm also having a "spa" in every makeup removal.  The question is, does it go beyond just being "rosey"?

NUXE is actually created with a Parisian Woman's beauty routine in mind!  Cleansing at the end of the day that removes all traces of make-up and impurities for the eyes and face in ONE single step and no need to rinse.  Most importantly, this step must be non-drying and has a relaxing scent.  And that creation comes in a gorgeous rose pink bottle that looks like THIS...

When Maybelline broke the internet with the appearance of Micellar Water, I've read so many raves from fellow Beauty Bloggers and I knew I had to try it out myself!   I've used quite a number of Micellar Water to remove my makeup so I guess, I have a bit of a "say" when it comes to knowing if they're worth the hype or not.

And if you want to just get to the point without reading til the end?  YES IT IS WORTH EVERY SINGLE HYPE YOU READ ONLINE!

If you have a bit more time guys...do read further..pretty please? :P
