I love taking care of my hair!  I really do, that's why when I received BDJ Box for the Month of August called Luscious Locks, I got so excited and immediately unboxed it in an instant!  While carrying Kyle mind you!  :)

AMW Makeover: Bridal Makeup

I've done a lovely bride last Saturday and I really enjoy being part of such exciting event!  That is one reason why I concentrate more on Bridal makeup because the energy is just amazing!

I did Trial Makeup on her several weeks before the wedding.  The makeup I've done on her for trial is lighter as compared to the day of her wedding.  Well, I always darken the makeup of my brides on the day of her wedding because of the harsh lighting from photographers.

How was your weekend?  I had a wonderful weekend because as usual, I was busy doing the things I love...working as a makeup artist, a wife, a daughter and a mom to my little Kulit!  Thankfully I was able to squeeze in a quick shot while waiting for my bride for retouch to show to you my favorite lipstick brand, Colour Collection, particularly their Argan Oil brand.  Remember how much I rave about the Lip Therapy?  Well, Colour Collection answered my prayers by creating a lipstick line!  Thanks to my Sampleroom family for sending me the 3 lippies that has been a stable inside my "kikay kit"...yes I bring all 3!  I call this my CC Trio Bundle!  I just can't choose 1 so I always carry 3 and change lip color in between.  (ang arte no?)

Mr AMW Cooks: Creamy Carbonara

Sorry for the delayed post!  I was up busy all day for a Bridal gig yesterday then got home late because we dined out for a quick family reunion for Mr. AMW's advance birthday dinner.

A reader requested me to post my recipe of Creamy Carbonara and first of all, I want to thank Mr. AMW's officemate for sharing this recipe.  The title goes Mr. AMW Cooks  because he was the one who prepared this dish and let me tell you, he knows how to cook and it was really yummy!

Ingredients:

• All purpose Cream in Can
• 1 Nestle Cream (tetrapak)
• Penne Pasta
• Mushrooms
• Onions
• Garlic
• Bacon 
• Beef Cubes
• Pepper
• Basil (optional)
