Catrice Eye Brow Stylist Review

So you all know by know how much of a brow product addict I am!  I may have a couple of my favorites but that doesn't stop me from trying out brow products whether drugstore or pricier ones!  You know girls..your resident AMW doesn't discriminate when it comes to makeup!  Everything has to go through my "eagle eyes".

One of the brand that caught my attention was called Catrice!  I got a sample of this Eye Brow Stylist during the SM Eyes on Fleek Event held at SM Makati.

I was actually ecstatic that I got the shade that I want!  It's called 030 Brow-n-Eyed Peas... I guess the name was inspired by the group Black Eyed Peas!

So that's me wearing Catrice Eye Brow stylist only on ONE brow.

Celeteque Matte Lipsticks Review

Happy Monday AMW Friends!  With just less than a week before Christmas, I'm sure the get-together and Christmas Gatherings aren't over yet!  I know mine died down a bit but still have scheduled meet-ups with friends, family and colleagues!

As a very busy mom, I rely highly on  lipsticks to make myself look festive, gone are the days I go for sparkly eyeshadow or crazy thick eyeliner!  I just don't have the time to do so and having my son rub his face on mine made me wear less makeup!

I find all 3 shades are the top 3 shades for every lipstick-wearing human being in the entire planet!  Every girl needs a nude lip color, a bright red lip color perfect for the holidays and of course, a deeper red wine color for those days you want to look classy.

AMW Gives: Contadina Package + Contadina Holiday Recipe

I have stocks of pasta and sauces in my cupboard for those days where I don't have enough time to cook, guests come over for a surprise visit or days I just feel like lounging in front of the TV eating my favorite pasta dish with the hubby.

If you come into my kitchen several months ago, you'll see all my sauces are mostly from Del Monte, so when I recently saw fellow Lifestyle Bloggers blogging about Contadina, I had to rush to the supermarket and purchase their sauces, which made me feel like I'm cheating on my favorite sauce brand for years!

Little did I know, after reading the Box of Contadina just because my son loves to read labels and boxes, it was a wonderful surprise to learn that Contadina is actually by Del Monte!  Now, that's not cheating at all right?  #hahaha

So it was even a better surprise when I receive a Holiday Gift package from our friends from Bridges because who can get enough of pasta and sauces especially the holiday season?

And because Mr. AMW loves Pesto, I whipped out a super simple dish using the Contadina PESTO Alla Genovese Sauce.

Weekend Food Trip at: Mighty Quinn's

 I had a quick segment at GMA's Unang Hirit that morning and I woke up at 2:45am to get ready and had only around 2 hours of sleep after the guesting and went straight to SM Megamall to have a taste of New York's One of the Best Barbecue Place --- Mighty Quinn's.  Who can say no to that?

I was lucky enough to see owner Hugh Magnum in the flesh getting interviewed by Media and Food Bloggers.  I was just amazed how much a person can talk so passionately about "meat".  Honestly speaking, I am a fan of food but not really that of a carnivore!  So I'm really challenging Mighty Quinn's that day to change my mind! 

I started off tasting a piece of Brontosaurus Ribs (Php1,450.00), it comes with a HUGE serving so definitely perfect for sharing!  The meat is super tender and almost fall off the bone!  The meat was coated with a dry rub and I find dish this to be on the salty side!  The taste is definitely unique in its' own way.
