K Beauty by Beauty Bar Launch

We all love Korean skincare and makeup ever since the boom of Koreanovelas.  Glass skin is what we're all aiming for the past years and just when you think I have "glass skin" on photo below, don't be fooled, that's perspiration!  #hahaha

But seriously, I have been very consistent with masking and with my skincare products this year, less makeup, more skincare products is my goal because I am not getting any younger.

So the invite to see what K-Beauty brands are finally available in the local scene got my attention, even with crazy schedule, I had to squeeze this in!

This brand is known for its' respect to the environment by carrying products that has No colorants, no alcohol, no parabens and no artificial fragrances.  This brand caught my attention because it is a skincare brand for sensitive skin.

Lioele Cosmetic Dollish Cera-V CC Review

By this time, you probably get used to the fact that Lioele products aren't housed in a girly pink/pearl packaging like what we're used to!  A total change in look and packaging as they are more premium and professional-looking judging by the packaging.

After reviewing several Lioele products, mostly positive reviews, I have the Dollish Cera-V to talk about and it took me a while to write a blog post because I really can't decide whether this product is a hit or miss!

At this stage, you probably knew the difference between a BB and CC cream.  If not, well, to cut it short, BB (short for Blemish Balm) has more coveage while CC (Color Correct) is lighter in terms of coverage and has added brightening properties (mostly).  

And this particular one from Lioele is no exception, with added ceramides, ceramides is a component that is deeply moisturizing to the skin thus it will keep skin looking hydrated, soft and dewy throughout usage.

Babydoll Dresses? Are they Back?

I remember wearing almost the same dress I'm wearing in this photo 10 years ago!  It was those Kimono-dresses days and I own a lot of them!  I even use them during my pregnancy!  

During my last Bangkok trip, Raiza and I had a chance to squeeze in some quick shopping at the Platinum Mall before the Competition - yes, ganyan kami kagaling sa scheduling! :P  

While Raiza was booking looking through some contact lenses, I stood beside this stall full of cute, pastel-colored dresses!  I immediately got a checkered top and dress for my mom and sister-in-law and as I was paying, I saw a big pile of Pastel Blue, Green, Pink, Yellow polka-dot dress!  I immediately grabbed one because you all know me!  I love Polka-Dots on both my nails and dresses!

For someone with average height, it shocked me that this dress was a bit too short on me (or tumi-Tita lang ako?)  Upon wearing this dress, with the approval of Mr. AMW, this reminded me so much of Babydoll dresses back then and are they really back?

Pixi GelTint & SilkGloss Review

Ohhh so I skipped a Monday Lip post so I'm going for "Better late than never!" 

Happy Tuesday and here's my favorite lip duo especially during our Staycation!  A perfect travel lip product that is versatile and can work on any clothing, best of all, it works for all skin tones!

Here's the Pixi GelTint & SilkGloss and I got the shade BerryTint & SweetGloss (Php690.00). 

The BerryTint is meant to be applied underneath and the SweetGloss on top, but, you can also wear them on its' own and it works better for me nevertheless.  I like to use BerryTint underneath and SilkGloss for constant reapplication just because it is more hydrating for my dry lips.

Look fresh and fab everyday! Nothing beats simple stained lips with lip gloss on top!

I usually get offers to review products and I don't mind how big or small a brand is as long as their product offering interests me!  When Aviance Shop reached out to me to try out their Aqua Micellar water without any expectations, I said yes because I've always been a fan of micellar water and my face is always ready to try new products that could be worth my time and effort.
