Weekend Food Trip at: Sunnies Cafe

It is indeed weekend but I'm still at Row 101 Summer Pop Up bazaar manning a booth.  I deserve the best milkshake in town and so far, I found it at Sunnies Cafe.

The first time I tried Sunnies Cafe was at their first branch at SM Megamall with good friend Benebabe Kriska.  It was a positive experience that's why when I saw their branch at HighStreet, I've decided to bring my whole family there for a quick dinner date.

One of the smoothest and silkiest milkshake I've tried to date.  I will definitely go back for MORE!

A MUST order if you visit Sunnies Cafe.  One repeat order I did when I visit this restaurant and I won't mind ordering this all over again!  What made this super unique?  The steak, the crispy parmesan taco shells!

Weekend Food Trip at: Yoree Korean Dining

One of my favorite Korean restaurant is located quite far from where I live, well, not exactly far, but considering traffic situation, it takes minimum 1.5 hours to get there!  So when Mr. AMW and I had the chance to "date" on a weeknight with Kyle, I took the opportunity to take them to Yoree Korean Dining.  Because I've dined in this restaurant so many times, all thanks to AGC for celebrating 3 years of Christmas parties in this particular restaurant so I can proudly say, I've tried almost 90% of their menu and all of the dishes received 2 thumbs up from me!  And I'm a picky Korean dish eater guys!  So that is POSITIVE enough!

Just like any Korean Restaurant, you will be greeted with appetizers as you wait for your order.  The congee is TDF (To die for!).

Rolled omelette stuffed with melted cheddar cheese topped with bonito flakes.

Mr. AMW is a fan of anything made with "eggs".  Since this is quite new to me as well, we've decided to give this a try and it was a lovely surprise!  The bonito flakes add up to the unique taste of cheddar cheese.  I didn't know they would work well together, but with this dish, it was proven to be a successful partnership :)

Weekend Food Trip at: Paul Boulangerie BGC

You all probably know by now how much of a coffee person I am!  I get excited whenever I have a hot cup of coffee right in front of me and I am the type of person who likes to drink at least a cup after breakfast, lunch and dinner + just because.  

So whenever I meet up with clients, friends or just chill by myself or with the love of my life (ahem Mr. AMW!)  I like to just sit, and relax and enjoy coffee with wonderful conversations!  But of course, it doesn't hurt if the bonding comes not only with good coffee, but good food and a wonderful VIEW.

I got them all at Paul Boulangerie.  I've dined a couple of times at their SM Aura branch but it was all for meeting so I didn't get to really whip out my camera and take photos (nadiyadiyahe ako :P)  But finally, when I'm actually in Paul BGC branch for the first time and it wasn't work-related, ahhhhh such picturesque cafe!

Paul Boulangerie is a French Chain of bakery/cafe restaurants established in 1889 in France.   The interior has this Parisian feel and I actually enjoy how relaxing the place was.  I was just a bit side-tracked by sales people staying outside the restaurant.  

My K-Palette Picks Event

If I were to choose top 3 K-Palette products, it took me some time to really think about it but I went for the top 3 I can't live without on a daily basis --- personally and professionally speaking!

Okay there are around 4 products there but I just can't separate the black and brown eyeliner because I consider them ONE, they MUST be bought together because a woman should own at least 1 brown and 1 black liquid liner.

But obviously, K-Palette is MORE than my top 3!

They are not only the leader in eyebrow products but also lashes!  They have everything that would suit our specific lash needs!

Found my True Match During the L'Oreal True Match Event

You know how everyone is trying to "kill" the no-makeup look?
Well, No Makeup look is definitely one of the most difficult looks to create!  You have to create a fake flawless skin and your makeup has to look invisible whether you are indoor, outdoor and on photographs!

So when I got an invite to join L'Oreal Makeup Designer/Paris and be one of the first few to discover my TRUE MATCH in makeup, I had to go!

It was also exciting for me to visit Farmacy Soda Fountain and Ice Cream Shoppe for the first time!

When I arrived, I wasn't able to appreciate how the L'Oreal Paris Philippines team designed the area!  I was too busy catching my breathe, all thanks to Ogilvy team too for taking care of me!  You wanna know what happened?

I had a flat tire on my way to the event!  I didn't change tires but I was lucky enough to find a nearby gasoline station and the cool guys helped me there!  So please, if you are a lady driver, let me know what you will do in such situation!

Back to the event, we were asked to go from station to station to know how to create No Makeup Look in an easier manner!
