Eureka Moment: Red Lipstick For ALL Ages

I know there are different kinds of red lipsticks and I'm not saying ALL red lipsticks make you look old!  BUT, I came across a red lipstick so beautiful I had to create a special blog post for this!

Seriously, if I didn't tell you, you won't be able to guess it!  Not unless, you already saw these in stores!

AMW on Femalenetwork's First BeautyCon

How does it feel to be part of the country's biggest beauty network?  I'm sure beauty enthusiasts knew Femalenetwork.com or you've probably been to the site to search for answers to all your beauty dilemmas!  I was one of the many visitors of FN and I was ecstatic when they invited me to be one of the key speakers for their first ever BeautyCon held at Robinsons Magnolia last November 15th!

I've been speaking in front of people more than half of my life --- from being a Professor in a University to being a trainer for various makeup brands.  But honestly speaking, THIS is one of the rare moments I had butterflies in my stomach!  I even "Snapped" before I went up on stage and you can actually hear or feel the excitement and fright all rolled in one!

My Ultimate "Find" for the Year 2015

Ever since I got the Scholl Velvet Smooth Express-Pedi Electronic Foot File, it turned out to be my "once-a week" routine, a.k.a. Express Pedi-routine.  No matter how tired or late it is, I make sure to give T.L.C. for my feet every Saturday night.  It wasn't a difficult addition because I've seen positive effects and that keeps me going!

I know it isn't the "end of the year" yet but I would proudly announce and give this product a recognition as this year's AMW Ultimate "Find"!  I have been talking non-stop about this product and been sharing this secret of mine to YOU for a couple of times as obvious in both blog posts HERE and HERE.  

Honestly speaking, I am more comfortable showing my feet by wearing sexy kitten pumps like the shoot I've done for Purple Groom.

Why do you see us (Beauty Bloggers) on tech events like Smart Phone Launch?
Well, I have the answer!  Bloggers, in general, live and breathe with a smartphone on their hand!  I may not speak for the rest of the Blogging World but I know I literally can't live without my phone!  I remembered just several minutes after getting back to the room after giving birth, the first thing I asked was my phone, because I had to take a photo of my newborn baby and share it to my relatives here and abroad!

And oh, even with a hyperactive toddler playing with me (You can see how kulit he is on Snapchat @AskMeWhats), I can still take videos and photos of his EVERY Milestones.

I can literally write down 100 things I can do with my Smartphone but I'm sure you get the drift!  So yes, when a new phone that is said to create a BUZZ in the phone industry, we had to be there!

 It was a first for me to attend the Starmobile launch.  The event was held at EDSA Shangri-la hotel at Peninsula Ballroom.  You won't miss the event location as the huge sign will greet you.

AMW Reports: 100% Whole Mom 2nd Workshop

So how does it feel like to spend the whole afternoon with 3 of the loveliest moms in the industry?

Well, it never crossed my mind that Rica Peralejo-Bonifacio and Cheska Garcia-Kramer are both actresses that I watch on TV, it also didn't cross my mind that the girl who invited me --- Marilen Faustino-Montenegro was the girl I used to look up to on magazines!  Because...

They are all relate-able moms!  They are extremely down-to-earth, friendly and funny!  I thank God for giving me the opportunity to attend this workshop because it was indeed a refreshing experience especially for hands-on working mom like me!

The room was filled with moms from different fields!  Moms who have babies, toddler and teenagers!  Some are moms of 2, 4 and 6!  Before the workshop, I used to think my life revolves just around my son, but after the workshop, I realized, some moms who attended the 2nd 100% Whole Mom are even more busy than me but hey, they know how to take a breather, they know they need time for themselves thus they are gifting themselves with this workshop!  And it was a great gifting idea for yourself --- to nurture and feed yourself, both from the outside and inside.
