Etude House Balm + Color Tint Review

Easy-gradient-looking lips are super in since the start of 2016.  It started with Laneige when they created their Two-Tone Lip Bars and the other brands follow.

One brand that I was expecting to come up with more two-tone lip products is Etude House, and after constantly stalking their store at LCM (Lucky Chinatown), I finally spotted the Etude House Balm + Color Tint.  The only difference is that, it is a combination of Lip Balm and Lip Tint instead of the usual lipstick.

There are a total of 5 shades in store and I picked shade 4 which is RED.  Well, it comes off reddish orange on me!

Kyle's Healthier Baon!

When Kyle started school around June, my main concern is to be able to leave him inside the classroom without screaming his head out.  It took around 2 months for him to settle down and get used to going in and out of school, it took him almost that same amount of time to finally kiss me and say "Bye Mommy" without tears rolling down his cute cheeks.

He is indeed a growing boy now.

As a mom, the "concerns" never end!  Now, I have another challenge to tackle, making sure he eats healthily in school!  For the first few months, it was cute when he snacks on potato chips, crackers...

If You Need Serious "Control" For Your Skin!

Whenever I visit Leaders Insolution store at LCM (Lucky Chinatown), I always ask for "What's New" because I have this need to try out ALL their masks in store because it is NO surprise that Leaders Insolution is a brand of mask that my skin can finally accept and I can actually see and feel positive results!

One of the more recent line that I've tried is called the "Control Mask".  I'm not sure how they categorize as I'm no Leaders Insolution Expert.  All I know is that whenever I need to target specific needs for my skin (which changes every now and then), I rely highly on these bright masks and it isn't difficult to spot because they are housed in a bright colored packets!

Let's start with my most favorite!

Bright Control Mask
Php98.00
This works for my skin type because I have Dry skin and this is a perfect mask because it does not only hydrate, it also gives that brightening effect after every use!

I'm not implying this mask is only for "Dry" skin, combination and oily skin can also use this because it doesn't leave your skin feeling oily.

Added tip, this is a perfect mask to try if you have dark spots around your face as this helps lighten up certain spots.

Sleek Makeup Highlighting Collection Launch

It was one of those launches I knew I had to get my butt off my home office and muster my courage for at least 2 hour traffic from my place to Makati because Sleek Makeup is launching their Highlighting Collection!

HIGHLIGHTING GUYS!  My magic word when it comes to makeup!

Highlighting for me is like someone carrying a spotlight with you wherever you go!  it's one of crucial makeup routine that makes people say: "Freshness ka ha!"

Di ka man gorgeous, at least FRESH ka :P

The launch was held at SM Makati and I came in wearing comfortable clothing and almost bare-faced.  The weather was extremely hot that day!

Guerlain Lingerie De Peau Review (02N Light)

Aahh, a foundation for a review.  It's been awhile right?  This time, what makes it even more special is for the fact that I am reviewing a pricier foundation for a change!  Have I been reviewing so many drugstore foundations lately?  Well, I know you gals, you always wanted the inexpensive route but going back to my "note to self", it is okay to spend a bit more on makeup that covers your entire face (aka FOUNDATION).

The Guerlain Lingerie De Peau has earned raves and positive reviews from fellow Beauty Bloggers across the globe.  As always, I seldom just agree with them considering the fact that I'm living in a microwave oven!  *laughs*  As much as I don't like to wear foundation on a daily basis, this is one makeup product that I really depend on during special occasions or when I know I need to look at least half decent that I originally am!
