Pink Sugar Velvet Matte Lipsticks Review

So I have the Pink Sugar Velvet Matte Lipsticks for quite sometime, been using them a lot and thought I've written a review about them but, after searching MY OWN Blog, I was shocked how I missed talking about these!

It has always been Sugar Tints for me when it comes to Pink Sugar, but, for some reason, I've found a nice Matte Lipstick that is similar to Sugar Tints --- not as highlight pigmented but similarly good for users with dry lips!

I got 5 newest shades for the year and they all look gorgeous!  Do you already have a favorite?

Housed in a black packaging with peek-a-poo plastic at the center, you can actually see the shade right away without opening the cap!  Similar to SNOE Lipstick packaging, you have to make sure to hear a "CLICK" after every use to make sure the lipstick won't roll up on its own inside your bag and ruin the lipstick!  ---> this happened to me so many times!

Etude House Silk Scarf Protein Ampoule Treatment Review

So I have always been a hair products girl, even inside a makeup and skincare land --- Etude House, I actually look forward to their "hair care products" area and look for unique products.

One product line that caught my attention is the SILK SCARF line.  With this line comes a slim box that says "Damage Protein Ampoule Treatment".

The product caught me at "Damage", so I grabbed it right away thinking this comes in a glass bottle or something like "facial ampoules".  

It was a nice surprise to see an "Injection" instead.  Thumbs up for packaging.

Weekend Food Trip at: Bugis Chomp Chomp

So I used to think Banawe St. is only for guys who loves their cars!

Then I frequent Banawe because it is in the middle of my home my and parents so we love to dine there on weekends.

Another thing, my son's school is also near the area so sometimes, we have lunch in this area before going home.  So yes, I already tried 98% of the restaurants there!  *laughs*

One restaurant that I see often is Bugis Chomp Chomp because for the fact that it is next to my favorite Milk Tea place - Dakasi.  The Mister and I tried their Fish balls, Squid Balls, etc... on sticks "take out" but never really tried dining in until recently.

There's nothing special with the interiors of the restaurant, it looks like most restaurants you find in Singapore, those near hawkers!  But when I took a glance at their menu, I knew that they have more than streetfood to offer!

I went for rice meals because I was extremely hungry.

Spring Rolls

This is one of the best tasting spring rolls I've tried.  It is very crunchy, evenly "browned" and the vinegar that comes with it makes it even more awesome!!!

Chicken Teriyaki

It may look like regular Chicken Teriyaki you see in most Japanese restaurants but I actually like the sauce!  It's not too sweet (hindi sugar lang ng sugar) and it has a nice distinct taste.  I wish they come with more sauce as I want them drizzled all over my rice.

A lot of YOU asked me on both emails, DMs and even texts --- How Do You Manage Your Time?

Well, I don't know about you but it takes years of practice!  I started time management as early as gradeschool years!  With all the assignments I get (4 exams plus Chinese memorization for both Language and History), I learned to really count every minute and follow my own timetable!

All of you AMW friends knew how busy my life is especially if you follow me on Social Media, but for the latter part of March and the whole month of April, my schedule is even worst!  With my dad's  recent stairs accident and stroke, I had to add in daily visits to the hospital (now: HOME).

What made my life even more challenging is the fact that I have to continue to be there for my son who needs and seeks my attention much more than ever!  

And since April 16 was his 5th birthday and a FIRST for him to celebrate in school (his previous school was on summer vacation during his birth month.), I knew I had to at least give him a decent celebration because even with troubles coming my way, life does not stop there!

A huge shoutout to my loving hubby for taking workday-off to help me out on this!  THANKS MR. AMW!

The food part was easy, we ordered fastfood on that day and even purchased his requested "Red Ribbon" cake.  Thankfully, they offer a Jollibee cake  which matches the food theme.

Now let's talk about the loot bag!  I obviously do not have time to go to "Divisoria" like other moms so I obviously went for the easier route -- ONLINE SHOPPING.

One of the Online Shopping App I always go for is Shopee - I learned about the effectiveness of Shopee through my sister-in-law because she also has a shop there!
