Mommy I Cut My Own Hair!

 

And I Like it!

After 3 times in a span of 1.5 years to TRIM my own hair, I was at the “longest hair” state and I just can’t take it anymore —- well not me, my ends can’t take it anymore and I am having a lot of hard time drying my hair at night!  So I took the plunge.

After every haircut that took at least 3 inches away from my head —- this time it was 4 inches…I usually have a sense of regret but not this time!  My head felt so light and I honestly like the “body” because of the extra layers I put!  I only need to curl the ends like what I did for the after photo for layers to show.

The Body Shop Advent

 

My first Advent Calendar of the year —- well, my first Advent Calendar EVER!

Can you believe that?  I can’t believe after more than a decade of Blogging, I haven’t opened any advent boxes because for the fact that I am not a fan of gift-boxes that are expensive and you get a hair tie, a pad paper, a clip or random stuff in between.

I guess I have always been a smart-shopper so these types of calendars do not ring my interest.  

THIS YEAR is totally different.  The Body Shop  dropped a bomb - not really - the Body Shop dropped boxes of Advent Calendars!  Super pretty and best of all, every single item on the box are USEFUL and worth it.

The box itself is super gorgeous, no need to wrap it separately, this itself is a gorgeous present itself. 

Once opened, you get 1-24 boxes that represents Days 1 to 24!

The Fun Way to Take Your Vitamins with Wellspring!

 

Who likes taking their vitamins?

I am definitely NOT raising my hands.  I am one of those laziest person you can find to take vitamins as I find some multivitamins to be too big and too smelly!

Easy Beach Waves!

 

Hi AMW Friends!

At this point of writing, I already chopped 4 inches off my hair but I am not sad about it!  This, for the record, is my longest hair SINCE BIRTH!  The pandemic really made me experience such length and instead of whining about it, I’ve enjoyed learning how to style my hair by creating various curls and looks!  

The best and easiest curls for such hair length is the beach waves to be honest!  I had a very hard time using a curling iron or flat iron (to curl) because of the hair length so yes, if you have long hair like I do, go for te beach waves curler like the ones I reviewed from CKeyin !  It is the easiest I swear!

Now if you don’t have that and you own a clampless hair styling tool, that’s another way you can easily do beach waves!  The clampless tool I used is from Herstyler and I bought it at Beautymnl.com.

The curls aren’t perfect, just messily-good!  The way I like it!  I dislike curls that look so made-up and so….gradeschool-ish?
