Sace Lady All Matte Blur Primer

This is a silicone-based primer that gives off a smooth and easy-to-apply texture.  Key ingredient - Dimethicone, which gives off a smooth, flawless finish.  It does fill in pores and wrinkles but it does not dry out as quickly so it is very important to apply, pat, and let it sit for a couple of minutes before you apply your foundation.

TIP:  I’d like to do my eye makeup at this stage if I am rushing, but for this particular review, I waited and it took me approximately 5 minutes for product to get fully absorbed into skin.

I am usually not allergic to Dimethicone so I have no issues letting this product stay on my skin for ours!

BLK Universal Brow Stick Review

When I unboxed some of the BLK Cosmetics UNIVERSAL Collection on AMW IG TV, a lot of you requested for in-depth review on this Brow product.  

I don't blame you, it is unique in some sorts of way!  The uniqueness starts with the packaging.

Packaging?  YES!  It is a pencil, I know, pencil type packaging that you can see in most makeup brands!  But guys, this is not a liner/powder combo, this is a liner/mascara combo in a slim pencil!  That's what makes this product unique in my humble opinion.

The product comes with double-ended product.  One side is the eyebrow liner while the other side comes a super slim mascara wand with brow mascara.

I love how BLK Cosmetics focused on Filipinas - most Filipinas use either a Natural Brown liner if they have colored hair (brown) and a Taupe liner (for naturally black or dark brown hair).  They focused on what the majority needs and they nailed it with the Natural brown shade that works so well on me - no red tones, just true-to-life Natural Brown.

When K-Palette came up with their own brow mascaras, I am so excited because that is one brow product I really use and not a lot of companies can nail the shades I need and want!

If you are rushing to read this review, in a whim, they NAILED the shades!  Now, if you have a bit more time to spare, let's read what I have to say about the 1Day Tattoo Lasting Eyebrow Mascara okay?

Kate 3D Eyebrow Color Review

I used to hoard brow mascaras abroad as I can NEVER find natural-looking ones locally!  But thankfully, when #KilayIsLife hashtag was invented, more and more brow products are made available in the local scene and I'm glad because I don't need to have my brother purchase them for me in Hong Kong.

Now, one of the brand that is known to give the most natural-looking makeup looks, Kate Tokyo came up with their own brow mascara called Kate 3D Eyebrow Color, I knew I had to get one!

Housed in a typical brow mascara packaging, I actually like how simple the Kate 3D Eyebrow Color packaging is.  You see the brow mascara shade at the center of the tube.  A peek-a-boo tube will always be welcomed!

A Natural-looking Brow Mascara You Want?

I've found one from Kanebo!  Yes, Kanebo has an eyebrow mascara and it is very natural-looking!  This is perfect for those who dislikes colored eyebrow mascaras or those that tends to show up a bit too obvious in person and on photos.

There are 2 shades available for this particular mascara -- Neutral Grayish and Neutral Brownish.

Cathy Doll Brow Mascara Review

Way before I got addicted to Brow Pencils, Brow Powders and Brow Gels, my love affair for Brow products started with a product called Brow Mascara.

"Brow Mascara what?"  That's the exact phrase my brother texted when I asked him to help me purchase my favorite Brow Mascara whenever he stops over Hong Kong.  People weren't really into brow products back then and Brow Mascaras are almost non-existent in the Philippine Market.

Fast forward to today, I am so happy I am a Beauty Blogger and even happier than there are more Brow Mascara choices now!  Being a Beauty blogger made me want to search for more new and upcoming products and brands and one of the promising brand I found is from Cathy Doll.

Okay, I have worked with the brand for more than a year now but seriously, they always hear my honest thoughts on the products they are bringing in.  One of the product I raised both hands for them to bring it in is called Cathy Doll Brow Mascara --- call me selfish (because I use them dearly), but after trying and testing this out, I knew my country has to try it too!  (naks!  My country talaga!)

The Cathy Doll Brow mascara is available in 4 yummy sounding shades - Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Creamy Caramel and Hazelnut.  

I know most of you chocolate lovers are thinking about your favorite chocolate brands now, me, I'm thinking about Coffee Flavors!  #lol

I got the shade Dark Chocolate which is the darkest shade from the bunch.  Housed in a "Cathy Doll-like" packaging (translate: CUTE), I like the stripes and gold!

The size of the product is just right and the wand is perfect in length and brush head is not too small or big!  I find this very easy and comfortable to use!

How To Fix Your Brows (Part 2)

Yesterday, I talked about the easiest way to fix your brows if you are a newbie or if you just don't want to do anything on your brows!

Today, I am inspired to do a Part 2 of this topic because, there are some of you who have color-treated hair and this is the best way to change the way you look without getting out of your comfort zone.

TINTED BROW MASCARAS!

I got the Karadium x Pucca Eyebrow Cara online via YEF Shop just because I love Pucca and I used to collect her dearly!  Little did I know that aside from the product looking "just cute" to be a collection, I finally mustered enough courage to use it and it actually goes beyond cuteness!  It works!

This Pucca Love Edition Brow Cara is available in 3 shades (01 Light Brown, 02 Dark Brown and 03 Gray Brown).  I picked Light Brown because that has always been my choice shade for Brow Mascaras.

You get 6.5g of product and I'm so happy it the packaging is simple yet it has a very cute full body of Pucca printed on tube and box!   This will be kept for sure even if I used up the product.

How To Fix Your Brows --- First-timers Edition

I've had a couple of clients who literally prevents me from touching their brows.  One example closest to me that I can share is... *ahem* my sister-in-law!  (Hi Grace!) 

As much as I want to talk them out of their comfort zone, I respect their decision to keep their brows in their natural-looking state until they are ready.  So what do I do to keep their brows looking decent without makeing them uncomfortable?

I use Brow Mascaras!  The clear ones!  Just to "groom" and keep their brows in place.

One brand that I've relied on is from Flormar called Eyebrow Fixator Mascara.

What's unique with the Brow Fixator from Flormar is their brush applicator.  As opposed to the usual "mascara wand", this comes in a short comb as shown on photo below making it easy to get into each brow strands.

Sleek MakeUP Brow Intensity Review + How to Use

Another brow product!  And this time, it is from Sleek MakeUP!
The newest all-nighter product called Brow Intensity is set to be long-wearing and it has a multi-purpose brow tool that I find it quite unique and a breeze to use!

CLIO Tinted Tattoo Kill Brow Review

When I received my CLIO Tinted Tattoo Kill Brow from my Althea order, I had one thing in mind...the movie KILL BILL.  So, is this product as kick-ass as Kill Bill?

The shade I purchased is in 2 Soft Brown and this product comes with a Tattoo Pen on one side and Brow Mascara on the other side.  Definitely my choice of makeup product/s because of the multi-functional properties.

And I've been using it for YEARS!  Yes, I've tried and tested various brands but I always go back to it!  Unfortunately, I had to wait for my brother to visit Hong Kong and hoard again for me, and I'm running out of it, using my last tube!  

Just when I thought I'm doomed to use the 2nd best, little did I know there will be a big surprise for me when Benefit created their biggest brow collection yet!  Included in the 2016 brow collection launch are their 3D Browtones.  I knew about the product but didn't take notice until I had my brows done in their Brow Bar!  The Brow Expert (after waxing my brows) had to draw my brows before letting me go!  It was love at first sight!  I had to ask the exact products used because my brows looked amazing...and amazingly...different!

And I was told she used THIS....

I've done my brows so many times at Benefit Brow Bar (various branches, all the Brow Experts are good!)  and I've tried both shades 2 and 4, so far, with my new hair color, no. 2 won!

L'Oreal Brow Artist Chisel Straight Review

How difficult or easy it is to use the L'Oreal Brow Artist Chisel Straight?

Well, you all know how much I love the L'Oreal Brow Artist KIT and the Brow Artist Design Pro (Pencil and powder combo) also won my heart! 

So this could be hailed an easy winner right?  We'll see, I'm a bit in the middle for this particular product!  This product by the way is meant for that "Korean-straight-brows" we all hoped for once in our brow lifetime.

Kiss Me Heavy Rotation Coloring Eyebrow Review

Are you proud of your eyebrows?

I must say, I'm one happy owner of a full and thick set of brows!  An everyday look isn't complete without me fixing my brows!  Whether I use pencils, powders, wax or brow gels, it always gives me the satisfaction of looking polished!

During my Tokyo trip, one of the many few makeup items I've been searching for was a nice, inexpensive, waterproof, sweat-proof brow gel that's light in color and doesn't have an orange tint!  Thank goodness almost all of of the brow gels I've seen have testers so I was able to trim down my choices and bought my first Kiss Me brand! 

Kiss Me, if it does sound familiar to you, is known for its mascara that has been raved by Beauty Bloggers worldiwde!  I haven't tried Kiss Me mascara but so far, with my experience on their eyebrow gel, seems this Japanese drugstore brand can go against the expensive counterparts!

SANA Styling W Brow Review

My brows are thick and full!  They actually work well on my "round" face!  Okay, according to my makeup teacher, I do have a different face shape but in the eyes of the owner, it's simply ROUND!  *laughs*

Don't worry, I already embraced my round face so all I can do for now iswork on it and practice highlighting my features that I want to pop!  That includes my brows!

My hair has been lightened and using a regular eyebrow pencil to fill in the brows can make it look "good" but it doesn't match the color of my hair!  That's were the power of eyebrow gel comes in!

There's one famous eyebrow gel from MAC called Girl Boy and it works well on my face but I am still on the lookout for another version!  I actually got to purchase one during my Singapore trip at Sasa.
