Pandora x The Little Mermaid

I own a few Pandora pieces over the years and most of them I keep them dearly because they mean so much to me.  

Recently, Pandora called my name once again when they released the Pandora x The Little Mermaid collection. The Little Mermaid is one of my favorite Disney cartoon which I watched over and over again.  It was perfect timing that I also watched their Live Action movie  so this set means so much to me.

Pandora SVP Creative Directors A. Filippo Ficarelli and Francesco Terzo shaped a colletion centered around Ariel's fearless spriit and sense of freedom.  

"Our inspiration was drawn from the diverse characters and unlikely friendships that empower Ariel's story."  Ficarelli said.  Terzo added: "We hope these designs are a reminder for our fans to approach life with curiosity."

This is a seven-piece collection with styles including 14K gold-plated Seashell Stud Earrings and a 14K gold-plated Shell Dangle Charm engraved with the message "My voice is a treasure" on the spiral.

As for me, I got the Pandora Bracelet with 5 charms.

My First Mikana Collection

 

Since turning into a mom, my accessories area was left with spider webs --- Just Joking.  
But I haven't touched my accessories bags and kit for the longest time.  Fellow moms would understand especially if you are a very hands on mom!

Some moms can slay it, but I can't!  I breastfed, I cook, I wash my child's bum, I feed him, I chase and ran after him.  I am just always the go so getting ready --- takes a couple of minutes so no time to mix and match with accessories --- and being close to your son at all times - I'd rather not have any accessories for safety.

That said, when my son turned older --- and less clingy :P  I can finally dress up and take time to wear my favorite accessories.

Timing, I was sent a MIKANA Collection which I have been eyeing on Shopee.

Weekend OOTD: Blue Cropped Top

 

I used to be so cared with any outfit with a word that says "CROP".

No  matter how much I workout, my non-existent abs stays hidden for as long as I remember.  But that doesn't mean I can't dress cute and be like a Gen Z right? :P

Thankful for high-waist pants because I get to wear this cute Blue Crop Top which I got via Shopee!  Guess what?  I bought this cute top for only Php96.00!  You can purchase HERE and they have many color choices!  

Out of all their crop tops!  This is my favorite!  I like pairing this with my Uniqlo high waist pants and wear a simple necklace from Sacred Elements Jewellery.  

I call this a perfect weekend outfit that's perfect to drive around and do some errands!

St. Jude Thaddeus Pendant

 

I am a proud Judenite.

My nursery to Senior Highschool (a total of 13) are the best years of my life!  I strongly remember myself as a crybaby and my seatmate would reassure me at 4 years old!  I graduated as a crybaby and ended up being a social-butterfly.  Joining several clubs from Newspaper club, Choir, Science and Math Club, Drama Club, MPFA (Military Police and First Aid) and more!  

Also, I met my future husband during my Senior High, Keith was my classmate and the rest was history.

Year 2022, marks our 20th year.  We are all excited to meet but because of the circumstances, we are opting for Online Reunion and we are preparing for this.  Included in our batch activites are fund raising drives for the school and teachers.  

All thanks to our batchmates for being so active about such drive and this is where the St. Jude Thaddeus pendant was born.

Happy Fri-yay!

Seems like the weekend is what I am always looking forward to because I can sleep a few hours longer!  Kyle’s online school starts too early I can’t believe I am waking up at 6:00am again like I used to when I was in school!  (Ahem, not true, I wake up at 5:00am before!)  

But showing you my comfortable OOTD perfect for days you need to look good yet comfortable enough to do your tasks on the floor!  Yeah, I love sitting on the floor while Kyle is having classes.  I have issues with certain chairs and sitting on the floor helps my spine in some way or another!  

The dress is actually an old blue spaghetti-strap number which I got from Zalora a few years back and I recently purchased a Long Sleeved Cardigan Cropped Top (Shop Link HERE) in different shades becuase I honestly feel more comfortable covering my arms when I go out!  

I also paired this blue number with a new Precious Stones I got from good friend Mrs. M from Shopaholicmissus.  This is a Sunstone Faceted 12mm bracelet that brings good fortune and luck!

Ahhhh been wearing nice cothes lately with meetings and workshops and online events!  Here’s another take of a casual OOTD with my “Korean Shorts” as how I call it - don’t mark my words, I just like to call it Korean Shorts because I have been seeing a lot of my favorite Korean Influencers wearing such shorts!  Not too sort and not too long!  Just right for moms-on-the-go or girls on-the-go in general!  

Perfect outfit for us who need to look good for sudden meetings online and you don’t have to worry about attendees seeing your “home shorts” or pajamas when you stand up!  I like wearing these types of shorts all throughout the day!

Midweek Fashion: Rory & Sloan Earrings

I will NEVER wear statement earrings!

But look at me since the lockdown!  I have been purchasing and experimenting on statement pieces and it all started with my Mirth & Yift Kristina Pair and check out how much I graduated!  *laughs*

I recently bought a Rory & Sloan bag and the owners Raiza and Shari were kind enough to send me 2 pairs of their bestselling earrings!

Staying home for more than a year left me listless in terms of “fashion”.  My watches, accessories, etc... are all collecting cobwebs!  But to be honest, my Blog, my Instagram, my Facebook made me ALIVE.  I was dressing up more often, playing around with makeup, hairstyle, nail art and is more confident in trying out various fashion trends because.... I AM JUST AT HOME!  At first it felt that way, no one’s going to judge me right?

But it turned out, I discovered so many styles I HONESTLY love even colorful and big accessories like the ones I am sporting here in this particular post.

I used to shy away with these accessories because “People might judge me I am not getting any younger!”

What the heck was I thinking?  These rings are like magical powers, they gave me cheerful vibe!  

As soon as I received these from good friend Agoo, I have been wanting to wear them whenever I unbox something, apply polishes, or just talk to anyone over social media because it felt like a happy pill!

Kurin All-Purpose Spray review

 

How can water clean?  I mean on its' own?  Without soap?

Those were the exact words on my mind when I saw Kurin All-Purpose Spray kept on popping on my social media feeds when most of my peers would clean their jewelries/accessories/watches with this simple All-Purpose Spray!  NOTHING ELSE!

As I was browsing through Mommy Mundo Shop one day, I've decided to purchase all the bottles left from their store (don't worry, Kurin online store still offers these!)

Kurin All-Purpose Spray says ---

I went straight to the point, no hocus-pocus, no camera tricks!  I just grabbed my accessories which I haven't gotten to wear or clean for the past months (since COVID started!)  

 Just so you know, don't expect a super dirty water because I usually clean my accessories!

But truthfully, I was still at awe when I saw how it magically cleaned my accessories without me having to wipe each one of them.  All I have to do is to dip it on Kurin All-Purpose Spray and leave it for a minute, shake it for a bit and remove each accessory and wipe off excess water! 

Mirth & Yift Kristina

Last month, I posted this on Instagram because this is one of the best purchase I've done during the Lockdown season.  

I own 2 pairs of Mirth & Yift earrings and they are both dainty and gorgeous pieces.  These are the types of earrings you can wear dressing up or down.  So having a third or fourth or fifth pair won't be an issue for me as I love to collect such pieces.

Mirth & Yift supports World Vision Philippines during the COVID-19 by donating a portion of their sale from their core Mother of Pearl collection.  I had my eyes set on a couple but they were sold out in an instant!  I mean, these pieces were handmade so you are definitely owning one-of-a-kind pair.

As I checked back, I'm glad Kristina was available for me to purchase immediately!

Kristina is a white with silver tone brass anthers with white pearl!  This is so pretty I always put them box in the box after every use!

My Zoey Ring

I have always been a simple girl when it comes to fashion and accessories.  I don't wear layers of jewelries but instead, I look for key pieces that would work with any outfit! 

I recently discovered Zoey Philippines, they offer unique jewelry designs from Wedding Rings, Engagement Rings and necklaces.  I browsed upon their website and found a really nice ring that I would like to add to my collection.

I Shine Bright with PANDORA

PANDORA has been around for so many years but it took a while, for me to finally own my very precious piece of PANDORA jewelry (gifted by my hubby).  It's not because I don't like it, I want them, I liked them a lot!  It's just that, I lean on more to golds when it comes to accessories.  It just looks better on my skintone.

So when I learned that PANDORA takes a fresh new design direction with their first 18k gold-plated sterling silver collection, I knew I had to be there to take a sneak peek and see which one I would invest on for the year 2018.

When the collection was unveiled during the launch, I was a bit overwhelmed as it is a HUGE collection.  Now to keep us sane, there are actually 2 collections for PANDORA Spring 2018.

Nomination Italy For Brides-To-Be

After getting my first Nomination Composable bracelet for Mother's Day.  I easily got my second Nomination Composable with no second thoughts because wearing them everyday is like wearing my favorite watch!  Stacking them looks really nice you can see me wear them on photos and videos!

Because it made me happy to wear them, this brand also turned out to be my "default" gift-giving brand to the people I love.  Check out what I picked for my mom-in-law and how it made her extremely happy!

And the spreading of good vibes did not stop there!  My sister-in-law is getting married next year!  So I've decided to surprise her with her own piece of Nomination Composable because family should have something "matchy-matchy"!  

I have known Grace when she was still a Kid!  And I've seen her grow and I've always been a sister to her!  So it wasn't difficult to pick the right piece for her because I know what tickles her fancy.

Live Everyday with a Grateful Heart

That's my motto in life after: "Laughter is not only the best medicine, so as smiling."

That's my happy pill that pushes me to be the cheerful person that I am!  That said, I want to thank the real heroes behind my "persona".

Last Christmas, my parents-in-law gifted me a bangle for Christmas and I remembered not saying much (that's a huge deal because I am NEVER silent!).  I was touched to the core!  It wasn't the bracelet that made me speechless, it was the gesture of being gifted with something so precious that shoots me to the moon and back.

When I got my Nomination Italy Composable bracelet a couple of months ago for Mother's Day  (and even got a second one because Rose Gold was calling my name), I realized how much I wear then on a daily basis and how happy I am seeing my "personal composition" on my write on my notebook, write for my Blog and cook for the family.

Without any special occasion, I've decided to thank one of my superwoman --- Mommy Jeane.

Side Note: I know how other moms have issues with their in-laws, I am so lucky I've got the best in-laws in the world!  --- she doesn't read my Blog, so this is not sipsip guys!  #lol

Still on high from my Bella La Vita rose gold composable piece, I picked that same chain and went from there.  Without much idea in mind on what to compose, I just opted for something classy, beautiful and heart-warming --- because those are the adjectives I would use for my mommy.

And I was able to compose this! 

Front part, 2 golden hearts (because she's got heart of gold).  I added 3 stones in purple (2 oval shaped and one circular).



Since I have 2 butterflies on my own piece, I enjoyed seeing it move whenever I move my arm, so I've decided to add one at the back part of the bracelet.

My Second Nomination Composable Bracelet

Thomas Sabo - A Perfect Mother's Day Gift

After Labor Holiday comes my favorite celebration --- Mother's Day and Father's Day.
I remembered how us "siblings" would pitch in to surprise my mom and dad Cake and Ice Cream.  "Surprise" is just a term because it was a bit expected every year!  It goes on and on like that for many years because that's all we can give from our allowances.

Fast forward to today, celebrating Mother's Day is definitely different with us being adults (with a job!)  But it never goes without "bonding" over simple lunch or dinner.

Because for us...the best gift you can give to someone doesn't come with a price tag, it just simply says: "I remembered you, I thought of you when I picked this gift."

The brand Fossil has been part of an important event in my life!  You know how Chinese have engagement parties and usually, would go for super expensive watches to display?  Mr. AMW went for the opposite route, we're both practical and chose for a watch that we can both use on a daily basis!  And it was Fossil watches we picked!

So when I got an invite to visit the Fossil boutique at Shangri-la Mall, I knew I had to be there and see what's up!

The store amazed me!  I haven't been to this particular store, heck, I haven't been shopping at stores for quite some times so imagine my amazement when I saw this!

I sure can!  As much as I want to turn on our air conditioner in FULL BLAST 24/7, I know I can't handle the electricity bill.  So instead of moping around pitying myself for being a work-from-home mom.  The positive side of me is urging myself to just enjoy the heat!  

And it doesn't hurt that we have summer-related products that I get excited about!

Soufeel Online Shopping Review

If you spend most of your time on Facebook, you've probably seen countless ads for Soufeel!  I've seen them so many times and have wondered how online shopping would go!  As you all know, I'm an "online shopper" and I'm allergic to picking products at the postal office.

The weather is getting warmer every day!
